Project Overview

The project is designed to deliver reliable, on-demand capacity aligned with hyperscale deployment requirements. By combining dispatchable generation, dedicated fuel access, and strategic land positioning, it provides a clear pathway to execution in a constrained environment.

Dispatchable Generation
The project is anchored by up to 350 MW of dispatchable natural gas generation, providing reliable, on-demand capacity independent of grid constraints. The configuration supports phased deployment aligned with hyperscale and high-density compute demand.
Fuel Infrastructure
The project incorporates a dedicated natural gas lateral connection to provide fuel certainty and support full dispatchable capacity.
Strategic Location
Located within a strategic Phoenix growth corridor, the project is positioned to support near-term hyperscale deployment. Specific site and infrastructure details are available through confidential engagement.
Flexible Delivery
The project is designed to support multiple delivery configurations, including behind-the-meter and dedicated supply configurations. This flexibility enables alignment with hyperscale deployment strategies and evolving infrastructure requirements.
Grid Interconnection
The project includes approximately ~700 MW of grid interconnection capacity in process. This provides additional long-term flexibility and expansion potential.
